MDACKIE PROJECTS (PTY) main projects and core focus is in Residential houses and new houses construction with the vision of strengthen and growing the company into a Property Development firm. Our associated services are in town and rural development.

The company is well versed with and experienced in Private sector Building and developing Homes and Private sector, development planning, service delivery project management, quality assurance, construction management and all construction administrative work. The company was launched in 2015, with one member Mr. Muziwandile Dube with offices in Durban and Johannesburg.

The establishment of this practice was due to the identification of a huge gap that is existent in the construction industry especially viewing through the eye of the company director who is highly knowledgeable in Construction Quality Assurance Sector and Construction Management. A need to form a company that would respond to challenges in a new innovative and committed approach that is backed by a tested professionalism able to run or manage a project from the early conceptual planning stages, through to implementation and handover as opposed to companies that approach the challenges in a traditional way. The driving force has been the determination to provide a new edge in the way development projects are planned, managed and especially the Quality Assurance that go with it.
